Our team is comprised of a group of talented and dedicated professionals possessing many years of experience in industrial network security, SCADA, the process control ∕ critical infrastructure industries, and IT.

Frank focuses on strategy, platforms and sales channels for growing our business.

With 30 years of experience in taking new technologies to market in the process automation industries, Frank is an invaluable member of our team.   During his career he has been a key player in bringing industrial computers, industrial grade HMI, fieldbus devices and industrial wireless from early to mainstream adoption in the automation industries.

His most recent positions were as the Chief Executive Officer of ELPRO Technologies Pty Ltd., a world leader in industrial wireless products (ELPRO is now part of Cooper Bussmann, Wireless) and President and CEO of Action Instruments, a global supplier of control, measurement and data recording solutions and services for industrial and process businesses (Action Instruments is now part of Eurotherm, a division of Invensys).  Frank also brings his extensive industry network to Tofino Security.

Oliver leads our product development team and is also responsible for
the integration of our development and business processes with Hirschmann.

He comes to us from the advanced technical team of Hirschmann, our sister company, based in Germany.  While there he focused on industrial research in the areas of new protocols and networking technologies.

Oliver is involved with IEEE standards groups including IEEE 802.1 and 802.3.  He is also involved with the IEC SC65C WG15 high availability automation networks working group.

In addition to his work responsibilities Oliver is completing his PhD in computer engineering at the University of Limerick.

Scott Howard is Technical Sales Manager at Tofino Security, a world leader in security solutions for process control, automation and SCADA systems. In this role, Scott has worked with customers around the world to help them improve the reliability of their control systems through enhanced cyber security.

Scott has almost 30 years’ experience in embedded system development, technical sales and product marketing with companies such as Motorola (now Freescale) Semiconductor, Embedded Support Tools and Wind River Systems. Scott has been with Tofino Security since 2007, where he was Product Development Manager during the first two releases of the Tofino Industrial Security Solution until transitioning to his current role in 2008. Scott is a graduate of the Electrical/Electronics Technology program at Camosun College in Victoria BC.

Brian is responsible for developing and supporting the distribution channel for Tofino. He interacts daily with channel partners to ensure their needs are met and to assist with sales.

Brian has over 15 years of experience in the electronics industry, in customer service & support, technical writing & training, sales & marketing, and account/project management.  He has worked at companies such as Xantrex Technology, Raytheon, and Cooper Industries.
